Liz is an actress in the LA version of the R.H.P.S as has made wigs for every character in the play. She also makes wigs for Hedwig. Obviously US based, but the wigs are reasonably priced and very accurate so if you need the perfect Rocky wig, this is one of the best sites to find out.
